Help at the drawing table
Let’s get the fold unstuck.
Most problems can be fixed without losing the drawing. Start with the quick checks below.
The camera will not open
Allow camera access when Threefold asks. On iPhone, open Settings, find Threefold, and turn Camera on. You can also choose “Draw in the app” and play without the camera.
A room code will not join
Check that all three devices are online and enter the code exactly as shown on the host’s phone. Rooms close automatically after 24 hours of inactivity, so start a new linked game if the code is old.
The drawing will not connect
Keep the two neck or hip lines visible at the marked edge of every section. For paper photos, use even light, hold the phone straight above the page, and fill the frame without cutting off the connector lines.
The Magic Reveal is taking a while
Keep Threefold open while the folded drawing is being connected. Image creation can take a minute. If it stops, return to the assembled drawing and try the reveal again on a steady internet connection.
Reset the app
Close and reopen Threefold first. If a saved gallery is causing a problem, clear Threefold’s website data; this also removes the gallery stored on that device.
